Talent is the new book from Professor Peter Saville and Tom Hopton. In it successful people share their personal results from a scientifically-established personality test, the Saville Consulting Wave®. They also give their views on the results and their careers, providing a rare insight into their personalities.
Each individual's story is presented in a separate chapter which considers their talents and positive aspects of their personality. Talent aims to better understand the aspects of personality which contribute to success.

Proceeds from the sale of the book are going to the Willow Foundation, a unique national charity which was founded by Bob and Megs Wilson and organizes special days for seriously ill 16-40 year olds.
