Work Aptitudes

Work Aptitudes has been designed specifically for use with new graduates, trainees, technicians, team leaders and supervisors. Each test is shorter than the industry standard whilst offering robust reliability and validity data. The tests are parallel to professional aptitudes but feature a wider range of content for the broader target group.

Saville Consulting Work Aptitude Tests are available in three forms, Verbal, Numerical and Diagrammatic.

Work Verbal Analysis

Saville Consulting Work Verbal Analysis is designed to assess the ability of graduates to evaluate complex written information

Assesses the ability to evaluate complex written information. The assessment contains a series of single and dual passages followed by questions which need to be answered based on the information presented.
