Portfolio Features - Assessment Administration Mode
Saville Consulting Aptitude Assessments can be administered in three modes:
Invited Access (IA) - unsupervised online assessment
Supervised Access (SA) - supervised online assessment
Hard Copy (HC) - supervised paper & pencil administration
Invited Access links are sent to named individuals and are only valid for a single completion. Online test administration instructions are self-explanatory and feature interactive example feedback. There is generally good concordance of unsupervised and supervised versions e.g. for Swift Analysis Aptitude a correlation of .72 between Total Score on Invited Access and Hard Copy versions was found on a sample of N=181. However Saville Consulting recommends that any candidates tested in unsupervised assessments are retested under supervised conditions in high-stake selection situations to highlight cases with a discrepancy of performance that may be a result of cheating in the unsupervised setting.
