Saville Consulting's Workplace English Tests
The Saville Consulting Workplace English Tests assess, in less than 20 minutes, an individual's understanding and use of English in the workplace.
These online tests are a helpful screening tool for people recruiting employees who need to understand and use English. With simple output reports suitable for use by line managers and recruiters, no training is required to administer the tests.
Applicable to a wide range of roles such as administrators, call centre personnel, sales assistants, hospitality staff and medical personnel, different tests are available for five different industry sectors:
- Customer Service
- Healthcare
- Hospitality
- Office
- Operations
Tests are available in an online Invited Access (IA) format for unsupervised completion. Separate online versions are also available for use in supervised testing sessions.
Results are shown in a simple-to-use report highlighting the percentage of correct answers and the candidate’s speed of completion. Sample reports for each industry sector can be downloaded here:
