Saville Consulting Wins Legal Case against the SHL Group

International assessment business Saville Consulting, publisher of Saville Consulting Wave® and a new portfolio of aptitude assessments, has won a legal battle to enable them to use their own name and to register it as their trade mark. SHL Group's claim to rights relating to the name 'Saville' was rejected by the UK Trade Mark Registry with costs to Saville Consulting, on all five counts. Executive International Chairman of Saville Consulting Group, Professor Peter Saville, said that he was saddened by the need to fight for the rights when it was his own name. 'At least I won't now have to start calling myself Professor Wave.'
