Dr. Joel Quintela has established a new regional office in Houston, Texas for Saville Consulting. In his role as Managing Consultant, Quintela is responsible for providing effective and efficient selection, development and retention solutions with business impact, locally and nationally.

His expertise includes job analysis, test development and validation, competency-based interview development and training, individual/management assessment and development, plus web-based testing systems and hiring solutions. He holds a Ph.D. in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from The Ohio State University. He is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) and Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology (SIOP), Division 14 of the American Psychological Association (APA).

Prior to joining Saville Consulting last April, Quintela served as Director of Human Capital Solutions at Performance Assessment Network, Inc. (pan), which was acquired by TALX Corporation in April 2006.
