New UK Board Appointment

Picture of Chris Small, Director, International Development We are delighted to announce the promotion of Chris Small, Vice President of International Development to the Saville Consulting UK Board.

Chris is a Chartered Occupational Psychologist who has worked for Saville Consulting for six years across the assessment, training and consultancy portfolios. As Vice President of International Development, he has significantly driven the growth of our international network to over 45 partners operating in over 80 countries. To meet this increasing international demand, the Saville Consulting online aptitude tests and Wave questionnaires are now available in over 30 languages.

In the past year, Chris has visited Brazil, China, India, Russia and a number of European countries where he has trained partners as well as advised their clients on identifying and managing talent.
