Saville Consulting has been advising Brazil’s multi-national organizations, helping them to identify and develop their leadership potential in order to meet the extensive demands resulting from their dynamic growth.

Chris Small, Vice President of International Development at Saville Consulting, has spent the past two weeks attending over a dozen client meetings across Brazil with organizations such as Walmart, Moet Hennessey, PwC and Michael Page. The key themes arising from these meetings centred on the development of leadership capabilities to drive change and the successful identification and management of High Potential talent. In addition, Chris, together with Saville Consulting's Brazilian partner DA Consulting, ran international training programmes for clients including Novo Nordisk and the Brazilian Stock Exchange. They instructed these organizations in the use of Saville Consulting's assessment tools for the selection and development of their leadership talent.

The two weeks culminated in a successful breakfast event attended by over 40 HR leaders from some of Brazil's largest organizations including Itaú, Natura and Telefonica. The theme of the breakfast was 'Identifying, Managing and Developing Future Business Leaders'. This topic resonated with these HR professionals as they are under pressure to deliver a consistent flow of high performing individuals with the potential to manage the rapid growth and organizational change inherent in the dynamic environment of Brazil.
