Peter Saville Kick Starts Activity in Turkey.

There has been a flurry of activity in Turkey; Peter Saville kick started his visit by speaking to 250 people at the Recruitment Summit in Istanbul, highlighting how psychometrics can improve recruitment decisions. This was in conjunction with Saville Consulting’s partner Impact Consulting. Impact Consulting are recognised for their holistic approach to management and organization development activities.

Following the talk at the Recruitment Summit Peter spoke for SpenglerFox, one of Saville Consulting’s European and Middle Eastern Partners who specialize in Executive Search and Human Capital Solutions. Peter underlined the utility of psychometrics for identifying talent and finding world class professionals.

The trip cumulated with an International Accreditation course, run in Istanbul, to accredit Saville Consulting’s partners and their clients to use Wave assessments.
