Yves-Marie Beaujouan, Director

Yves-Marie Beaujouan is a consultant in human resources, associate professor in organisational psychology. He currently manages Saville Consulting France and B.A. consultants.

For the last few years, Yves-Marie conducted large assessment centers and individual assessments assignments (Auchan, Faurecia, AGF) as well as assignments for the development of senior managers and executives using 360° (Danone, Groupe Crédit Agricole, LCL) and the definition of policies to identify and manage potentials (Assurance maladie).

Yves-Marie was project manager on the creation of a 360° feeback (multi-lingual Internet site - 4 languages - with 3 access levels: administrator, assessor, assessee), model based on 19 competencies and 152 items.

Yves-Marie created Saville Consulting France in 2006 (commercial launch in December 2006).

Education and research

Yves-Marie is an associate professor in organisational psychology at the university of Paris V since 1997. At postgraduate level in organisational psychology (2nd year Master's degree), his lectures are based on the assessment and development of managers and executives in the workplace, assessment centres, the 360° feedback tool and personality questionnaires.

Yves-Marie has a PhD in organisational psychology (2000) and a Master's degree in "The Management of Information Technologies" (1988). His research and publications are based on assessment methods, intercultural comparisons of personality styles in the workplace and the comparative relevance of the different methods used in companies today for assessing people.
