Victor Schmidt, MD

Victor Schmidt was co-launcher of SHL Denmark in 1988, and has been involved in a large number of management consultancy projects since that time.

He is a psychologist, approved specialist in organizational psychology and CMC (Certified Management Consultant). He is primarily engaged in management development and recruitment on all levels within organizations, and also works as a supervisor for boards and executives. He has been the chairman of "Knowledge Center of Professional Occupational Assessment" since November 2005 and is co-author of the book "Job and Assessment - How to Increase the Hit Rate in Staff Selection". Victor was the Managing Director of SHL Denmark from 1988-2006.
