Jacqui started her career in Healthcare as a State Registered Nurse, moving quickly into clinical trials and pharmaceutical Sales and Marketing. During her 12 years with GlaxoSmithKline, Jacqui had a major impact on the development of the UK and emerging markets. She undertook a range of roles covering Training, Sales Management, Product Management, International Marketing and Distribution.

With 7 years' senior executive and consulting experience, working internationally across public and private sectors her strength is that she approaches business from a point of understanding and commercial experience.

Her expertise encompasses the delivery of solutions that promote collaboration, motivation and commitment to business objectives, while enhancing personal and team productivity. She helps develop people who positively benefit their organization, community and inspire others.

Jacqui has a wealth of practical hands-on experience at corporate level, recruiting, developing and managing the performance of individuals and organizations. Jacqui has consulted within the UK Public Sector in a number of national, central and regional roles for the Department of Work and Pensions in the areas of Leadership, Change Management, Equal opportunities and Diversity.

She is familiar with transforming the people issues in businesses into actionable strategies and implementing change successfully within a range of organizations from international plcs to community start-ups and charities. Her global business development experience gives her a real insight into people, organizations and their behaviour.

Jacqui is trained in Psychometrics at British Psychological Society Level A [Ability and Aptitude Testing] and Level B [Personality Assessment].

Much of Jacqui’s corporate work involves assessment, strategic consultation, training design and delivery at individual, team and organizational level.

Jacqui is involved in voluntary and community work both in the UK and the Caribbean, involving corporate citizenship and economic and social capacity building initiatives. She focuses this effort in diverse and excluded community groups.

Jacqui is also a BBC trained TV presenter and has a keen interest in theatre, dance and the performing arts. She is also a keen swimmer and badminton player.
