Graham Seager, Group Finance Director
Graham joined Saville Consulting in April 2005 as the Group Finance Director. A Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants with over 20 years of international Finance and accounting experience, Graham brings a wealth of knowledge in the management of global organizations.
Graham was with SHL for 8 years and was group finance director in 1997 when the company went through an IPO. Graham was instrumental in developing the reporting infrastructure to enable the Group, which operated in 39 countries to grow by 320% and float on the London Stock Exchange within four years. Graham also worked for four years in the US as CFO of SHL USA Inc during a period of change and integration of two corporate acquisitions and the development and launch of an internet based pre-screening recruitment and selection tool.
After leaving SHL, Graham worked in India as an independent advisor to a manufacturing business based in Uttar Pradesh with a marketing and distribution operation in New York. In this capacity Graham advised on the strategic direction and restructuring of the US operation resulting in an improvement in performance and return of cash to the parent. Graham has also worked internationally within the leisure and shipping sectors.
Graham lives in London and is married with three sons. Away from work he enjoys a variety of sports including swimming, squash, sailing and cycling. Graham speaks Hindi and takes an interest in travelling and world cultures particularly that of the Indian subcontinent where he grew up.
