Gabrielle Parry, Director
Gabrielle has 25 years' executive and consulting experience as a business psychologist, working across public and private sectors. Gabrielle specialises in the assessment and development of top teams, talent management and executive coaching.
Gabrielle joined SHL in London in 1986, working on a range of core assessment and development programmes and services, with a particular focus on competencies, recruitment strategies and management assessment and development. In 1991, Gabrielle returned to Manchester to establish a regional office which she went on to manage for the next thirteen years as Regional Director. During this time Gabrielle successfully expanded the SHL regional network to four offices. She developed and managed consulting/training teams and service provision in the North of England the Midlands, N Ireland and Scotland.
Gabrielle started her career with the Manpower Services Commission in 1979 as an Occupational Psychologist, working in the areas of assessment, guidance and employment rehabilitation. Gabrielle worked in the Public Sector for a total of seven years in a number of central and regional roles for the Department of Employment. Latterly, as a Regional Psychologist, Gabrielle managed a team of specialist psychologists providing a range of professional assessment and development services.
Gabrielle graduated from Leeds University in 1979 with an honours degree in Psychology. She is an Associate Fellow of the British Psychological Society and a Chartered Occupational Psychologist.
