Birte Møller, Director

Birte Møller was co-launcher of SHL Denmark in 1988, and has since then been involved in a large number of management consultancy projects.

She is HD (Business degree in Organisation and Management) and is primarily engaged in development centres and assessment centres in connection with talent management and management development. Furthermore, she is working with recruitment and function as a sparring partner on organizational challenges. Birte has over a number of years been managing SHL's test department with main responsibilities on test certification, test tools and counselling of test users.
