Scandinavian Evaluation AB is a subsidiary company of Effect Management Search AB, one of Sweden's biggest headhunting firms. Our work is primarily performed in Sweden and Denmark but we also do business in other Scandinavian countries.

Our consultants have broad experience with the AC/DC method and have used it for over ten years. They have built up and conducted AC/DC for many customers in both the private and public sector.

Scandinavian Evaluation AB offers a broad range of modern products in the assessment and recruitment area including assessment exercises, personality questionnaires and ability tests. We also provide training in instrument administration, support and consulting.
