GSO was founded in 1995 with a mission to provide consultancy services to clients in the field of "performance improvement" and "change management". GSO is principally engaged in projects associated with management training and employee assessment and development initiatives. GSO is well known in the Italian market mainly for it's know how in competency mapping, assessment, development and mentoring. GSO has offices in Milano and Verona and also operates internationally through the GAPI network co-founded by GSO in 1996. www.gso.it
