Sofia Calheiros and Isabel Freire de Andrade founded Conceito O2 in 2001 and were pioneers in bringing Coaching to Portugal. Today, individual and group coaching, training and assessments are Conceito O2’s core activities in line with its mission: to awake the potential and power of individuals and organizations.

The projects and/or programs developed by the company effectively integrate internationally renowned learning programs, executive coaching and individual assessments in areas such as leadership and team development, emotional intelligence, influencing and communication skills, coaching competencies among many others.
