An exciting opportunity to participate in a new small dynamic company that is making waves in the Occupational Psychology industry!

We are looking for a Bureau Manager to join a tightly integrated and highly motivated product development team delivering and developing a range of innovative Internet based assessment systems.

The Company

Saville Consulting is an international business founded in 2004 by Professor Peter Saville (previously the founder of SHL Group plc). The team comprises human resource specialists in psychology, business consulting and information technology, all of whom share Peter's belief in customer service and his passion for innovation in assessment.

We are committed to working with the latest tools and technologies to deliver effective assessment solutions. Our core business is to develop psychometric tests, questionnaires and selection tools.

We are located in Claygate, Surrey, offering an excellent salary and benefits package.

The Role

  • Taking client enquiries on the phone
  • Responding to candidate and user emails
  • Diagnosing and resolving client and user issues
  • Working with local clients and international distributors
  • Troubleshooting to meet agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
  • Manage bureau assessment processes

Creating Client Branded Systems

  • Liaising with client graphics team and the Saville Consulting Sales team
  • Branding using clients style guide
  • Check in and out of Team Foundation Server (TFS)

Essential

  • Experience in an IT help desk
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Pleasant telephone manner
  • Organised and detail-conscious

Desirable

  • Experience in a customer interface role
  • Knowledge of TFS or equivalent bug tracking system

Salary

£18,000 - £20,000 plus benefits
